Tasting Notes - Rich, Smooth, Citrus To create our own version of this classic tea, we infused a special black tea from Yunnan, China with a wild-harvested Sicilian bergamot oil. We added dried bergamot peel to accent the rich dark leaves, and to make this tea ever more fragrant. Our Signature Earl Grey is delightful on its own or we suggest serving with a slice of lemon.
